My name is Angeli Luz and I’m a holistic coach, a reiki master, and a MFT therapy student. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients all over the world to help them open their hearts and meet their healing and relationship goals, and I love every minute of it.

I believe my life purpose is to facilitate spaces where people can feel safe and heard enough to go within, and deeply heal. My practice, at its core, is trauma informed, and one where every voice is recognized and every story is honored. I specialize in working with BIPOC, the LGBTQ+ community, and anyone who wants to heal but doesn’t know where to start.

  • Reiki is a form of energetic healing that originates from Japan. The term "Reiki" is derived from two Japanese words: "rei," which means "universal," and "ki," which means "life energy." Practitioners of Reiki channel this universal life force energy to promote deep healing, stress relief, balance, and well-being in their clients.

  • No, you don’t need to believe in reiki for it to help you! While having an open mind can help integrate the healings, the universal healing energy channeled during a Reiki session will flow regardless of belief. Many clients who were skeptical at first have experienced profound changes and benefits after their sessions.

  • Everyone's experience with Reiki is unique! During or after a session, you may feel a range of sensations such as warmth, tingling, or even a gentle wave-like energy sensation. Some people experience emotional releases or see colors, images, or animals, while others just feel deeply relaxed. After the session, most people mention feeling a heightened sense of peace and clarity, or feeling the need to rest. It's so important to listen to your body and give it nourishment, food, water, and love- before and after a Reiki session.
